Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days, Monday through Friday 10.am to 4.pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the Sunday or holidays. Usually the orders can be shipped out within 24 hours after getting the payment not including the weekends or holidays. Please plan in advanced accordingly.
Although we try to get your monogramming pyjamas to you as fast as possible, please don’t order it less than 24 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
All orders can be chose to be shipped out according to fast and safe rule. So as for the different country, there are different warehouse and shipping way to delivery the hair.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (within 24 hours) + Shipping Time. The processing time varies based on the items you buy.

USA customers order
USA customers orders always ship out from USA warehouse by USPS(www.usps.com) , unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China warehouse by
DHL(www.dhl.com),FEDEX(www.fedex.com),UPS(www.ups.com). The N.Y warehouse of USA, we offer express shipping of 2-3 working days, items ship from China warehouse usually takes 3-5 working days.
Non-USA Customers Orders
1.Europe/Canada/UK:Usually the orders will be shipped from our warehouses in China by DHL/TNT, It takes 3-5 working days arrive free shipping.
2. Other Remote: The logistics company needs to charge the corresponding shipping cost, according to the weight of the order.
We offer different international shipping methods . You can choose your preferred method on the checkout page.
Tax And Import Duty
Sales tax is included in the price stated on our website. We cover any customs and import duties on orders up to $2,500. If you happen to be asked to pay any customs or import duties, please contact our Customer Care team here with proof of payment and we will refund charges when applicable. In certain cases, orders exceeding $800 may be subject to customs clearance which may cause a delay in shipping.
Orders placed from outside the United States may be subject to customs and import duties.
